Gene - There is no "eat only this way" evangelism here but an active position within our society which doesn't fully support conscious and humane choices yet. Cool and uncool is very subjective. I hope something which is healthier and more ethical will be cool for the most people. I drive an expensive British auto and eat well (I just make certain choices while doing it).
