Mali,

Are there any expectations on what the new logo should look like? are you expecting an icon/symbol type logo or a "word mark" type logo with "ChicagoVeg" spelled out?

Thanks,
Anish

Hi Mali,

Vadim pinged me about this and here's an idea/suggestion: http://tinypic.com/r/... (let me know if you are unable to see the logo)

This is a very simple logo, but I think logos should be very simple and a little clever. And I think this is kind of clever. Although it's not that original and I'm sure you've had other members suggest something similar -- using the "Go" in Chicago as part of the phrase "Go Veg".

The caption below the logo is really tiny, but I couldn't find a shorter & more inclusive caption, so I decided to stick it in--it's optional. And the color scheme can be whatever is most appealing to you and the board, but it would be best, in my opinion, if:

* The "ChicaGo" is 2 shades of 1 color (light to bright/strong)
* The "Go" is in bold
* The "Veg" is in some shade of green

Anyway, let me know what you think. Sorry I couldn't come up w/ anything more elaborate--my graphic skills are limited. But here's something worthy of consideration at least.
