Greetings -

I am excited to introduce a new program: ChicagoVeg Outreach.

While ChicagoVeg will remain a social organization with a goal to bring together, strengthen, and support Vegetarians, Vegans, Raw Foodists and their friends in the Chicago area, we are adding another layer to our organization which will allow members who feel strongly about veg advocacy to make a positive difference through educating others about the advantages of a veg lifestyle.

As many of you know, ChicagoVeg is committed to provide at least two social events every month (one in the city and one in suburbs). The addition of this new program will result in new ChicagoVeg Outreach meetups which will be in addition to our regular social meetings. Please stay tuned for our kick-off ChicagoVeg Outreach meetup where we will discuss how we will organize the program and will plan our upcoming ChicagoVeg Outreach events.
