We are thrilled to announce that we have crossed the 1000 member mark and growing! Now, ChicagoVeg is the #1 Vegetarian meetup group in the Chicagoland area and the 6th largest vegetarian meetup worldwide ( http://vegetarian.mee...  ).Our success has been mostly due to active participation by our members like you. We are proud to say that in spite of being a totally volunteer run organization with no outside funding, we have been able to grow this group from about 300 members to more than a 1000 in just over an year and we want to thank you for this achievement!! To further our success, we are asking for your continued support and participation in a very simple way. Please refer those people you know, who may be interested in our group activities to join our meetup group. It will be good in general as by doing so you would automatically be helping to spread veg*nism with it's many positive aspects (Ethical, Health, Environmental). It would also be good for you personally as we would have more like-minded people to enjoy and share our time together.
