I would call first, but I'm going to go out on limb and say that The Melting Pot would do their vegetarian option instead of their meat one if you asked ahead. I noticed that LM had vegetarian options, as did NoMI. And of course, all of the Indian options should have vegetarian choices, so Klay Oven, Indian House, etc. should be solid.
