MoreYou are invited to join us in promoting a vegetarian/vegan lifestyle in solidarity with other teams around the world. You can choose either to come help us or simply hang out with us. ChicagoVeg will be hosting a table to celebrate and encourage vegetarianism. From 11am-5pm, we will be camped on the Magnificent Mile stocked with vegan samplers (courtesy of Vegfund), leaflets on the meat industry (courtesy of Meatout), and raffle prizes. We will be on the corner of Monroe and Michigan Ave., or somewhere in the area. We need volunteers to man the table, talk to onlookers, and dole out vegan treats. If you can help please indicate what times you will be available in your RSVP (you can volunteer for a 1, 2, or 3-hour shift).
