Thanks for the invite ... unfortunately I work Monday-Wednesday nights and weekends. My only free time is Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights ... I hope something opens soon for those days so I can really get started on my new lifestyle!

You are a very smart man, I know. You garner respect from everyone. I have to wonder, then, why, in your recent message about the Northbrook potluck, you pluralized the word "attendee" by inserting an apostrophe before the "s." Have you been deprived of sleep lately? : )

I will be attending the May 4th Mexican Dinner with my pal Artie Philie who just joined the group (am his +1) -- so I look forward to meeting you and the rest of the veg friendly folks. I've been vegan since 2000 but tend to stick to my same favorite four restaurants here in Chicago, so it will be nice to try something new!
