Hi John, Thanks for the welcome. I've been a Vegetarian for most of my life. I'm looking to become a Vegan, but have concerns about getting enough iron and protein.

So happy to have met you a few Saturdays ago, at the Sulzer Library. I feel inspired to make a change to a vegetarian lifestyle, and I'm doing pretty well right now. I could use some ideas for recipes too, so any suggestions you have would be most welcome.
