Hello food lovers. I'm hosting a Vegan potluck at my abode to spread the love and to practice gluttony. Vegan = yummy, so come on over, make a dish (enough for 5-7 people), be creative with old favorites but make them animal free! Eating vegan dishes is not just for your body; it's also for the environment (and of course our furry friends). This is not a political or activist event. It's for us to gorge ourselves with goodness.

Please only bring vegan dishes and/or vegan beverages/libations. The dishes must be animal free (honey is allowed, I'm not crazy yet).

Fun facts -- sugar, especially white unrefined sugar is NOT vegan or vegetarian (it is refined with bone char). This is just an example of something that nobody knows. Let's start being aware and conscious of our food choices and enjoy what we put into our beautiful bodies.

Directions:
CTA -- Any bus close to California ave and Cermak. Pink line to California and short walk to my bldg. Bldg is west side of Marshall blvd by 24th street. Red door with adjacent courtyard gate where people can enter.

FYI: I have a dog and a cat. The cat will be away from people but the dog will most likely be hanging out with everyone unless she's too annoying.
