Chicago VeganMania is an all-inclusive celebration of vegan lifestyle and we are very happy to participate!

This is a full day event (10am to 4pm) and everyone is welcome to stop by our booth there at anytime or possibly contribute an hour or two to help us promoting our group at our booth. However, we designate 1pm as a specific time for our meetup so whoever will come could socialize and hang out with us all together.

If you would like to help us at our booth please specify the time when you can do it in your RSVP comment or in "Talk about this Meetup" area below the event description.

Katie and Cara: The more people we will have helping at the booth the better. We will have better chance to promote ChicagoVeg, explore the expo at the same time, and enjoy hanging out all together!

Trying to win some prizes ;o). VeganMania was awesome, awe-inspiring, and CROWDED! For once, I was pleased. I'm so proud of Chicago folks who put this on and big props to Chicago for being Vegan friendly. I had a great time.

A very good first run for a new fair and should be even better next year.

This had a great turnout--I think better than anticipated. It was just the right amount of stuff going on; the performers, the speakers, the food, the apparel, and the informational booths. The Debbie downer things I have to say is that it was a pretty chilly bike ride there (I'm wussy when it comes to the cold), they ran out of food fairly early (because so many people showed up), and that it was only a 6-hour event. I wanna suggest that next year it be longer, or two days; earlier in the year; and have plenty of grub for us0 hungry vegans. Couldn't think of a better way to celebrate my 1-year anniversary (almost) of being vegan.

There from 1-4. Didn't see any ChicagoVeg people I know. Music much too loud. Hard communicating with vendors and hearing speakers.
