We have a lot of time ahead of us but let's plan to meet at Veggie Fest 2009 in Naperville, IL. We are going to host a booth at Veggie Fest 2009 and invite everyone to come and say Hi, as well as to explore the festival with other ChicagoVeg members.
ChicagoVeg organizers plan to take shifts at our booth while other organizers will be enjoying the festival with other members. If any of you are willing to cover us at least for a little bit at the booth to represent our group to make it easier for our organizers please let me know. It would be greatly appreciated. It can be at any time during the festival which is Aug. 8 (Sat.) from 11 AM to 8 PM and Aug. 9 (Sun.) from 11 AM to 7 PM. Admission is free.
